You collaborate with plant management and cross-functional teams to develop a competitive maintenance concept and optimize shopfloor workflows. You act as a liaison between operations and management, delivering data-driven improvements and supporting Ru0026amp; D efforts. - Several years of experience in industrial engineering, factory planning, production planning, or related fields
- Technical degree in engineering or natural sciences; Master’s preferred
- Experience with process simulation, data analytics, optimization methods, or digital planning tools
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, SQL or similar analytical tools
- Willingness to explore new technologies and validate concepts via prototypes
