You translate complex security challenges into clear roadmaps and initiatives, shaping cross-functional programs with measurable impact. You act as a trusted strategic partner for Cybersecurity and IT executives, guiding governance, KPI tracking, and change management. - Refine and execute Siemens' cybersecurity strategy in line with overall business and IT strategy
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, programs, and initiatives with clear sequencing
- Prepare leadership materials and advise executives on strategic decisions
- Design and drive cross-functional strategy programs with governance, milestones, and KPIs
- Monitor progress, risks, benefits realization, and steer corrective actions
- Coordinate internal and external resources for case analyses and program delivery
- Engage senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and business to secure buy-in




- Support organizational development, including target operating models, governance structures, and role clarity
- Coach executives and communicate progress in a structured, understandable wayResponsabilidades
- Several years of post-consulting experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, or related advisory roles
- Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations and influence senior decision-makers and technical audiences
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide security initiatives
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud security, OT/IT convergence, or industry-specific security requirements
- Experience in regulated industries or large, complex organizations
