Experteer Overview In this role you will shape a distributed, data-quality focused data mesh on GCP, building self-serve quality frameworks and tools to ensure trustworthy data products across domain teams. You will define standards, evangelize best practices, and embed quality at the data product lifecycle from source to consumption. You will influence data-driven decision-making and contribute to Bunge’s digital transformation with a focus on GCP-native quality and GenAI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with governance and product owners to scale observability and metadata management.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Product Owners to define integral data quality standards, policies, and metrics aligned with Data Mesh principles.
- Advise on data contract design to embed quality at production points using GCP services.
- Champion a data-as-a-product mindset across GCP data products to prioritize quality as a core attribute.
- Design, develop, and maintain self-serve data quality frameworks (DQaaS), libraries, and tools for domain teams within GCP.
- Define and implement a scalable Data Observability and Self-service strategy for all data products in the Platform.
- Contribute to the evolution of the GCP-based Data Platform’s capabilities related to data quality,



observability, and metadata management (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub).
- Evaluate and recommend new data quality technologies and tools aligned with Data Mesh, integrated with the GCP ecosystem.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders on data qualityResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years in Data Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, or related data roles with a focus on data reliability
- Proven track record designing and implementing data quality frameworks at scale in a GCP environment (DataOps is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GCP data services; proficient in Python for data manipulation and tooling
- Strong SQL skills with complex queries for BigQuery and other data stores
- Hands-on experience with data profiling, validation, monitoring, and remediation
- Experience with data contracts, data governance, and data product mindset
- Experience building data quality solutions within Data Mesh architecture
- Nice to have: multi-agent systems/orchestrations, data quality rule prompting via LLMs
- Relevant GCP certifications (Professional Data Engineer, Cloud Architect, Data Analytics) preferredRequisitos principales
