Experteer Overview In this role you drive the Annual Operating Plan for a specific product and region, coordinating across sales channels and cross-functional teams. You’ll translate market and customer feedback into actionable product and service improvements, balancing profitability with long-term value creation. You work closely with development to align specifications with customer demand and lead strategic initiatives in a global industrial setting. - Drive AOP achievement for the product and region across sales channels
- Gather and translate market feedback into product/service improvements
- Collaborate with development to ensure customer-aligned specifications
- Own product profitability and maintain competitive offerings database
- Support projects/programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Articulate insights and implications from analytics to guide actions
- Develop strategy and MVP vision for product enhancements and new introductions
- Foster a customer-centric approach and strong VOC driven business cases
- Support channel partners and participate in technical discussions with customers/consultants




- Analyze economic, financial, market, and industry data including ROI, IRR, NPV
- Apply pricing strategies and perform price realization and segmentation analyses
- Understand and implement pricing-related details and growth leversResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years' experience, with 4-5 years in product/service/offering management
- Proven track record of delivering results and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex issues succinctly
- Basic budgeting knowledge and understanding of financial indicators (ROI, IRR, NPV)
- Familiarity with various business models (subscription, product/service delivery, distribution)
- Ability to gather and analyze economic, financial, market and industry information
- Understanding of transactional pricing and price decision impacts
- Ability to build growth plans using strategic and market levers
- Fluency in Italian and English
