- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including calibrations and technical support for customers and users
- Prioritize and organize maintenance tasks based on criticality, needs, and resources
- Coordinate interventions by internal teams, suppliers, and external contractors
- Ensure calibration and proper operation of instrumentation, data acquisition, and testing equipment
- Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Lead technical improvements to boost availability, reliability, and efficiency
- Oversee maintenance documentation, procedures, and intervention records
- Manage technical relationships with customers, ensuring high service standards

- Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standardsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or complex technological environments
- Proven experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing priorities
- Advanced knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, automation, and measurement equipment
- Strong capability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement
- Experience with suppliers and maintenance contracts is a plus
- English proficiency at least B2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS
- Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
