Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain operations across Spain, spanning Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation. You will drive operational excellence, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and KPIs while developing high-performing teams. - Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain
- Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability
- Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs
- Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance,



Planning and Global Supply Chain teams
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Support implementation of automation and AI-driven operational improvementsResponsabilidades
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations
- Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments
- Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems
- Exposure to transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Fluent English and Spanish required
