- Knowledge of the Spanish insurance and reinsurance market

- Ability to translate client needs into practical reinsurance solutions
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, commercial approach to growth
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese beneficial
