Experteer Overview In this Procurement Manager role, you drive strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships to deliver value for Freenow by Lyft. You will own category roadmaps, negotiate complex contracts, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and quality. You’ll shape procurement processes and systems while managing high-stake negotiations with European vendors. - Define purchasing roadmaps for spend categories and manage ad-hoc and contract spend up to 5M
- Collaborate with other Procurement Managers across diverse categories (Tech, Professional Services u0026 HR, Real Estate, Marketing)
- Negotiate beyond basic practices to maximize value and close challenging negotiations
- Analyze current and future spend and purchasing procedures
- Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships and represent Freenow in negotiations
- Build cross-functional trust and develop category expertise for strategic sourcing




- Identify and drive cost-optimization initiatives while ensuring quality
- Ensure procurement processes are followed and assist in designing and implementing a purchasing systemResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related consulting with a procurement focus
- Deep negotiation knowledge with advanced techniques
- Strong analytical skills translating data into procurement insights
- Experience supporting multiple annual spend cycles with measurable savings
- Proven track record negotiating with partners across European markets (Germany, UK u0026 Ireland, Spain preferred)
- Confident in internal discussions and persuasive in stakeholder conversations
- Solid project and people-management capabilities
- Fluent spoken and written English; German a plus
