Experteer Overview In this role you oversee risk across Getnet Platforms in a Second Line of Defense capacity, ensuring a holistic view of risk for platforms, products and initiatives. You partner with business and tech teams to embed risk in decision-making, assess transformations, migrations and integrations, and deliver concise risk insights to senior management. You will consolidate inputs from multiple risk functions and monitor risk indicators across a general environment, supporting governance forums and driving risk-informed decisions. This position offers impact across a scalable payments ecosystem within Santander’s global payments technology platform.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Maintain a holistic view of risks affecting platforms, products, services and strategic initiatives
- Partner with business and technology teams to embed risk considerations into decision-making
- Assess risk implications of platform transformations, migrations, integrations and strategic programmes
- Review and challenge business cases,



implementation plans, and migration strategies
- Consolidate insights from Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, Financial Crime Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Third-Party Risk and other functions
- Monitor key risk indicators, incidents and control effectiveness across global platforms
- Support governance forums with clear risk assessments and concise reporting for senior managementResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management within the payments industry
- Experience providing risk oversight, independent challenge or business partnering in a regulated environment
- Experience assessing risks related to payment platforms, technology and service delivery models
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and risk functions
- Degree-level education
- Professional risk qualification or certification is beneficial
