Experteer Overview As a Java Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in a modern microservices setup, collaborating with frontend, DevOps, and product teams. You’ll implement RESTful APIs, optimize PostgreSQL models, and deploy on OpenShift, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance applications. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
- Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs
- Optimize and maintain PostgreSQL database models
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on OpenShift
- Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) for seamless integration
- Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality
- Develop and run unit tests and support CI practices




- Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, scalability, and security
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectivesResponsabilidades

- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
