Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions to support Customer Support/Success and Experience Cloud initiatives. You will implement Apex-based backend services, integrations, and AI-enabled interactions, collaborating with product, analysis, and QA teams to deliver reliable releases. You’ll optimize data operations, security, and architecture to scale across multiple countries. - Design and implement scalable APEX solutions with domain/service patterns and governor-safe practices
- Enhance Service Cloud capabilities including complex case management, entitlements, milestones, routing, and automation
- Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for self-service experiences
- Implement Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger)
- Develop AI-powered bots and automation integrated with Apex, Flows, and external systems
- Create secure Apex REST APIs, callouts, Platform Events, async Apex, and CDC-driven solutions
- Develop Apex services for Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, Flows, and AI Agents
- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for high-volume data operations
- Create invocable Apex to extend Flows and bot conversations
- Participate in solution design with focus on security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD using Git, PRs, SFDX/DevOps Center, packaging, and safe deployments
- Support UAT and troubleshoot incidents using logs and monitoring tools
- Document technical decisions and APIs; maintain Jira tickets
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards
- Configure automations including Flows, approvals,



routing, Omni-Channel, and email automations
- Maintain Salesforce security models and Experience Cloud access
- Optimize implementations to reduce debt and improve platform health
- Promote Salesforce development best practices and contribute to architecture strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams for shared platform quality and deliveryResponsabilidades
- 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex focus
- Hands-on Service Cloud customization and development
- Experience with Experience Cloud portals (Customer/Partner)
- Experience implementing Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Experience with Einstein Bots or AI assistants in Salesforce
- Proven enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, and asynchronous processing
- Strong integration experience using Apex REST, HTTP callouts, Platform Events, Named Credentials, async integrations
- SOQL performance tuning and Salesforce data modeling understanding
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security, CRUD/FLS, and Experience Cloud security
- Experience with Omni-Channel routing, queues, and service workflows
- Knowledge of Service Cloud data model (Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones)
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD (SFDX/DevOps Center)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud ConsultantRequisitos principales
