Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for Vialto by owning the client-growth engine across new logos and opportunities. You will generate pipeline, close select deals, and coordinate with senior partners to scale opportunities firm-wide. You operate as both a front-line seller and a bridge between market opportunities and partner expertise. The role emphasizes disciplined prospecting, cross-functional collaboration, and thought leadership at industry events. - Pipeline generation for new logos and high-value prospects
- Own systematic outreach across LinkedIn, events, referrals, and direct contact
- Qualify opportunities and determine when a partner should lead
- Coordinate RFPs and pitches to enable partners to focus on content and relationships
- Collaborate with senior partners to manage complex engagements end-to-end
- Facilitate clean handoffs and co-develop target account plans with partners




- Maintain CRM discipline and monitor pipeline via weekly reviews
- Represent the firm at industry events and build a broad referral network
- Support thought leadership distribution for partners’ insightsResponsabilidades
- 5–10+ years in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B services sales
- Track record in new logo acquisition and long sales cycles
- Experience working with senior professionals in professional services
- Background in adjacent professional services (relocation, HR consulting, employment law, ERP/HCM) preferred
- Ability to operate across a mix of direct selling and partner-led engagements
