Experteer Overview As a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate a distributed automation platform at scale. You’ll own features end‑to‑end across backend, frontend, and workflow orchestration, while contributing to tests, CI/CD, and system reliability. You’ll work across modern tech stacks to validate and performance‑tune network services in a fast‑moving environment. This role centers on turning complex automation into reliable, scalable software that enables network process automation initiatives. - Design and implement distributed systems with durable workflow orchestration and concurrency patterns
- Develop async REST APIs, service layers, and background workers
- Build and maintain Go services, including gRPC servers and cross‑language integrations
- Model and query data in MongoDB with schemas, indexing, and aggregations
- Enhance automated test frameworks and convert test cases into automated modules
- Develop modern React/TypeScript frontends with real‑time data flows
- Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes with best practices and health checks
- Implement observability using tracing, metrics, and structured logging
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
across build, test, and deployment
- Build unit and integration tests and validate REST APIs and network automation scenarios
- Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity
- Work with AI tools in SDLC for code quality, validation, and testingResponsabilidades
- Proven professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python proficiency with async patterns (FastAPI or similar)
- Experience with network automation tools such as Netmiko, TextFSM, or Nornir
- Production TypeScript/React experience with components and hooks
- Go experience in building and maintaining services
- Distributed systems experience with workflow engines and eventual consistency
- CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- MongoDB expertise in schema design, async drivers, indexing, and aggregation
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker knowledge
- Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Kafka knowledge for messaging and streaming
- Observability tooling familiarity (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, structured logging)
