Experteer Overview As a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate a distributed automation platform at scale. You’ll own features end‑to‑end across backend, frontend, and workflow orchestration, while contributing to tests, CI/CD, and system reliability. You’ll work across modern tech stacks to validate and performance‑tune network services in a fast‑moving environment. - Design and implement distributed systems with durable workflow orchestration and concurrency patterns
- Develop async REST APIs, service layers, and background workers
- Build and maintain Go services, including gRPC servers and cross‑language integrations
- Model and query data in MongoDB with schemas, indexing, and aggregations
- Enhance automated test frameworks and convert test cases into automated modules
- Develop modern React/TypeScript frontends with real‑time data flows

- Distributed systems experience with workflow engines and eventual consistency
- CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- MongoDB expertise in schema design, async drivers, indexing, and aggregation
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker knowledge
- Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Kafka knowledge for messaging and streaming
