They require a Chief Commercial Officer to join their executive leadership team due to significant growth in new product and service lines. The successful CCO will play a critical role in strengthening the commercial structure, scaling the Sales and Account Management teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth alongside the well regarded CEO.The Chief Commercial Officer will:Define and implement the company’s integral commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives and growth plansLead, develop, and scale the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring high performance and strong commercial disciplineBuild and implement clear commercial structures, processes, and KPIs across the organisationIdentify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring commercial targets are consistently met or exceededStrengthen and manage relationships with key clients, strategic partners,
