Experteer Overview As Electrical Project Engineer at Ball, you will design, install and commission can-making equipment while steering electrical aspects of projects from concept to completion. You’ll work within a cross-functional project team and report to a Project Manager, ensuring Electrical specifications, budgeting and resourcing align with Ball standards. You’ll partner with OEMs, suppliers and plant teams to deliver reliable, compliant systems and provide commissioning support to achieve design efficiency. - Oversee project activities from start to finish within electrical scope as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborate with Regional Project Managers, Plant Managers, and Plant Engineers to define project scope and troubleshoot issues
- Design equipment layouts and electrical schematics using AutoCAD
- Create electrical specifications and criteria in collaboration with Ball Engineering
- Coordinate with OEMs and contractors to ensure compliance with Ball standards and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to select suitable electrical components and systems
- Obtain permits and design approvals from relevant authorities as required




- Evaluate quotations from suppliers to keep projects within budget
- Support contractor selection and provide technical guidance during implementation
- Prepare and update electrical specifications and plant documentation
- Provide commissioning support including testing, startup, and debugging until performance goals are met
- Ensure drawings, docs, and software are updated and archived post-project
- Apply CE requirements and electrical installation regulationsResponsabilidades
- Broad training in a related engineering field
- Minimum of 2 years' related industry experience
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and electrical project execution
- Experience with AutoCAD for layout and schematic generation
- PLC programming knowledge
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and small to medium scale projects
