No Offer Description Be part of the Laser Systems & Applications Unit within the R&D department, responsible for the following duties: Lead technological lines in optical and acoustic monitoring and laser spectroscopy, promoting the development and maturation of new lines of work. Coordinate and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, resource planning, and progress monitoring. Coordinate and participate in the execution of European and national R&D&I projects. Act as a technical liaison with companies and technology partners, facilitating the definition and monitoring of R&D projects. Promote technology transfer, the exploitation of results, and the positioning of the center. Education: Engineering degree or bachelor´s degree. Master´s/ Doctorate in laser technologies. Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in leadership and coordination of technical or R&D teams. Solid experience in technologies for monitoring and spectroscopic characterization of materials,



developed in applied R&D environments. Knowledge and experience in the design, development, and integration of systems and instrumentation. Significant participation in European and/or national R&D projects. High level of English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel. Driver's license and own vehicle Desirable qualifications and skills: Technical profile in laser applications and optical systems. Knowledge of instrumentation and signal processing for measurement and monitoring systems. Experience or knowledge in data analysis and processing applied to spectroscopic techniques and/or process monitoring systems.
