Experteer Overview In this Principal AI Engineer role, you embed with business teams to identify automation opportunities and design AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity. You’ll prototype and deploy scalable AI solutions across functions, translating business problems into reliable systems. You’ll work globally with cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-ready tools that improve how the company operates, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact. - Create reusable frameworks/platforms to accelerate future AI deployments

- 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, ML, or applied AI
- Strong experience designing and deploying production-grade systems in cloud environments
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI
- Experience in building/orchestrating/monitoring agentic/multi-agentic AI workflows
- Ability to work across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, front-end interfaces)
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Solid system design skills with focus on scalability, reliability, and security
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
- Experience working in general, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance for enterprise AIRequisitos principales
