Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA, with a focus on Spain and the UK- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on standard HR matters- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes- Partner with HR Business Partners and the Employee Relations team on disciplinary and grievance cases- Draft HR documentation in line with local employment legislation- Support compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonus cycles- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning- Support performance improvement plans and follow‑up actions- Ensure compliance with Spain and UK employment law- Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting requirements- Produce HR dashboards and identify trends to support decision‑making- Support HR projects and regional initiatives,
ensuring delivery and alignment with business objectives- Collaborate with HR functions and business units to drive adoption of HR initiatives- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and policy implementation- Assist with organizational change activities, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitionsRequirements- Strong HR generalist experience in international or multinational companies, around 5-6 years- Solid knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law- Experience managing or supporting employee relations cases- Experience working with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional HR teams- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights- Fluency in Spanish and English- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach- Cultural awareness and sensitivity across the EMEA region#J-18808-Ljbffr
