Experteer Overview In this role you lead a squad building Xe's slice of the platform that moves money for customers, from architecture to delivery and reliability. You set technical direction, own delivery plans, and mentor engineers to grow performance. You will work closely with the Product Manager and champion AI-enabled development across the SDLC. - Lead the engineering team delivering the squad's platform slice, including services, APIs, and partner integrations
- Define technical direction and oversee architecture, API design, code quality, and incident response
- Own squad delivery with PM on roadmap, sprint plans, and release timing
- Mentor engineers, conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and participate in interview loops
- Promote and standardize the use of AI tools across the SDLC and ensure effective shipping with themResponsabilidades
- 6 to 10+ years building production software systems




- Proven technical leadership in a software team (architecture, design reviews, mentoring)
- Experience coaching and developing engineers beyond the technical scope
- Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages acceptable (Java, Kotlin, Go)
- Frontend familiarity with Vue.Js or React
- Strong system design experience (distributed systems, microservices)
- Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience
- SQL and relational databases
- Production AWS experience (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
- Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) with a view on adoption across the SDLC
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to translate decisions for product/business audiencesRequisitos principales
