Experteer Overview In this role you translate AI and prototype work into client-facing, easy-to-understand formats. You will create compelling AI-generated content and lightweight front-ends to demonstrate concepts, helping WAVE’s work land and scale across the firm. You collaborate with engineers and business partners to ensure outputs are visually engaging, reusable, and impactful. This position offers hands-on creative work at the intersection of content, AI storytelling, and lightweight product design, within a fast-moving, inclusive team.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Produce high-quality AI-generated content (videos, avatars, podcasts, visual narratives)
- Build lightweight front-ends and demos using AI-assisted tools to showcase prototypes
- Develop and maintain reusable marketing/case material for WAVE’s AI offerings across the firm
- Translate technical outputs into formats usable by partner teams and clients
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to turn solutions into polished experiences
- Partner with Business Analyst to keep content structured, current,



and accessible
- Contribute to visual and narrative quality to ensure clarity and persuasiveness
- Move quickly from concept to draft to iteration based on feedback
- Help establish a consistent and distinctive way of presenting AI-enabled workResponsabilidades
- Strong command of current AI content-creation tools across video, audio, image, and avatar formats
- Sufficient front-end capability to stand up a clean interface or demo (AI-assisted where appropriate)
- Strong visual/editorial eye for content flow and presentation
- Ability to work quickly and iteratively with engineers and consultants
- Experience turning technical/complex material into clear, engaging content
