Experteer Overview As Flight Physics PMTD Leader, you will drive process, methods and tool development for Flight Physics within the Integration and Strategy domain to advance digitalization and new capabilities. You will lead PMTD initiatives across programs, ensuring on-time, on-cost, high-quality CoC deliveries and coordinate with TAX, Digital and TADX. The role blends technical leadership with strategic, cross-functional collaboration to boost efficiency and competitiveness of Flight Physics. You will shape end-to-end digital transformation and deliver integrated solutions for engineering processes.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Manage the Flight Physics PMTD portfolio for a specific program, focusing on CoC on-time, cost and quality
- Converge and manage PMT process gaps; drive continuous improvement
- Lead the PMTD Integrated Product Team (IPT) to align activities with TAXD priorities

- Ensure process and document referential management with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop integrated end-to-end digitalization solutions for Air Power engineering programs

- University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in programming u0026 data science in development and engineering
- Experience in Flight Physics and overall aircraft development processes
- Experience managing projects in a complex, international environment
