Experteer Overview In this role you support the European Order Management function, handling order and returns workflows and coordinating with Sales, Finance and 3PL partners. You will primarily manage Amazon-related returns and disputes, ensuring accurate processing from Oracle to final resolution. You help drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, multi-country environment. - Manage lifecycle of sales orders and RMAs in Oracle from booking to fulfillment/return
- Review Amazon Vendor Central returns and input requests into Oracle
- Share returns data with 3PL and coordinate returns reconciliation
- Identify returns not received and raise claims in Vendor Central
- Identify shortages and raise disputes in Vendor Central
- Close completed Amazon returns in Oracle
- Collaborate with Finance to close open RMAs




- Arrange shipping of incorrect returns back to Amazon and create disputes
- Support overstock returns with sales team
- Coordinate with 3PL and IT for system performance and automation improvements
- Generate monthly KPIs and reportsResponsabilidades
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with all levels of management
- Strong relationship-building across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for process improvement
- 2+ years in order management or customer service in high-tech retail/ commercial and service provider accounts, with team management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered
- ERP systems (Oracle), Power BI and MS Excel or similar expertise an advantageRequisitos principales
