Join the Rhenus Group Direct Load team to support the European sales organization in designing Direct Load solutions. You will identify customer needs and translate them into practical options that fit the European market. You will back the sales teams in tender management and ensure capacity aligns with customer demand across Europe. You will help develop strategies for Direct Load and empower carrier sourcing to drive pan-European growth and improved customer experience.

• Develop individual strategies for the direction of the Direct Load business

Responsabilidades
• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or comparable program
• Several years of professional experience in sales and operational roles
• Intense knowledge in customer solution design for Direct Load on a European level
• Understanding of the carrier market including pricing competence
• Ability to maintain overview with overlapping topics and large data sets
• Strong communication, reliability, initiative, and team integration
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages a plus
• Willingness to travel
