Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead technical investigations and drive continuous improvement for the QIAstat-Dx platform within a regulated ISO 13485 environment. You’ll work at the intersection of microfluidics, materials science, and diagnostics, partnering with Ru0026amp; D, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver robust product enhancements. The position is onsite in Barcelona and offers meaningful impact on diagnostic systems and customer outcomes.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead technical investigations and continuous improvement projects for the QIAstat-Dx platform
- Design and execute troubleshooting strategies to identify root causes across materials, manufacturing, quality, and field performance
- Optimize microfluidic workflows and system performance to enhance product robustness
- Drive investigations related to customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to product development and innovation within integrated diagnostic systems
- Partner with Ru0026D, Quality, and Manufacturing to align on solutions and deliver improvements




- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 13485Responsabilidades
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Hands-on experience in experimental design, data analysis, and root cause investigation
- Experience with microfluidics, cartridge-based systems, or integrated diagnostic platforms (highly desirable)
- Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with ISO 13485
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
