Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead MSAT Drug Product delivery with a focus on new product introductions and successful launches. You’ll act as the technical lead for the drug product portfolio, coordinating technology transfers across sites and ensuring robust control strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain product robustness, support regulatory interactions, and drive right-first-time qualification and continuous verification. You’ll help scale science and technology to get ahead of disease while leading critical technical investigations and improvements.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Be the single technical point of contact for the drug product portfolio, owning technical risk and product knowledge
- Lead and deliver technology transfers to internal sites and external manufacturers, including transfer packages and readiness reviews
- Manage continued process verification, process performance qualification and change management to keep product robustness and compliance
- Drive right-first-time execution of product qualification activities (PPQ readiness) with strong governance and clear acceptance criteria
- Define and maintain product control strategy and risk assessments,

- Support regulatory submissions and post-approval inspections with technical input and comparability strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for deviations and quality eventsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering or technical discipline
- ≥8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical development, manufacturing or MSAT roles
- Experience in technology transfer, process validation and product lifecycle technical leadership
- Practical knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations for drug product manufacture
- Experience applying risk assessment approaches, process control strategies and quality tools
- Familiarity with regulatory dossiers and health authority questions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams
