Experteer Overview
As the HR Generalist for the Madrid office, you will serve as the main HR contact for Spain, ensuring compliant people processes across the lifecycle. You will partner with local managers and the EMEA HR team to deliver HR services, onboarding, development, performance management, and payroll coordination for the region. You’ll drive improvement through HR initiatives, tech-enabled delivery, and strong stakeholder relationships, shaping a culture of accountability. This role offers meaningful impact by attracting and retaining talent while supporting cross-site collaboration.

• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle in Spain and across the EMEA region
• Coordinate with payroll provider to deliver timely inputs and payroll outputs

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Thorough knowledge of Spanish employment laws and regulations
• Fluent in Spanish; excellent English skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Experience supporting HR operations and payroll coordination
