Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee payroll and benefits across international locations, acting as the bridge between HR and external providers. You will drive accurate payments, regulatory compliance, and cost insights while enhancing the employee experience. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues and lead continuous improvement within the payroll and benefits function. - Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, coordinating with external providers
- Ensure accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security rules
- Monitor and report salary costs, analyzing trends to support decision-making
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll, tax, and social security inquiries for employees




- Collaborate with HR and Finance to address payroll-related issues efficiently
- Oversee administration of employee benefits and implement new perks

- 2-3 years in payroll and benefits; international payroll exposure a plus
- Advanced English (C1+); additional languages a plus
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with GoogleSuite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HRIS like Personio is advantageous
