Freelance Industrial / Product Designer (CAD + Manufacturing Prep)

i’m looking for a freelance industrial designer to help turn a consumer-product concept into manufacturable files. the product is small, handheld/wearable, and involves a few internal components. i don’t need branding or concept art — i need someone who’s strong in the technical / mechanical side.

Scope

- internal layout planning for components
- manufacturable files (STEP, IGES, and 2D technical drawings)
- basic guidance on prototype feasibility

Requirements
- experience with real products that reached manufacturing
- strong understanding of tolerances, wall thickness, part fitting
- ability to design internal mounts, housings, and functional geometry
- ability to deliver factory-ready files
- comfortable working under NDA (required before project starts)
