Experteer Overview As AI Adoption u0026amp; Transformation Lead, you will shape and drive AI adoption across the Savings u0026amp; Investment Domain, coordinating between local teams and Global Technology to realize AI-enabled value. You’ll define the adoption roadmap, govern cross-country programs, and lead change management to scale AI initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business, IT, and operations, enabling a customer-centric transformation. - Define and maintain the AI Adoption Roadmap for the domain with milestones and success metrics
- Lead country and entity engagement to align execution plans and regulatory considerations
- Oversee process discovery and AI opportunity assessment across tasks and processes
- Coordinate deployment and value realization of general AI products (Devin, Windsurf, MAISA, Microsoft 365 Copilot)
- Design and execute performance monitoring, training, and engagement plans to promote AI literacy




- Execute change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation across entitiesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years leading large-scale transformation, digitalization or organizational change initiatives
- Experience managing cross-country or cross-functional transformation programs
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
- Hands-on knowledge of AI productivity, automation and AI-assisted software development tools
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience designing executive dashboards and performance indicators using Power BI
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution
- Spanish native or C1; English at least B2
