Experteer Overview As Enterprise Data Architect, you will shape EcoVadis' data platform into a scalable, AI-enabled data mesh. You’ll align business needs with technology strategy, guiding data models, domains, and governance while enabling AI workloads and real-time ML operations. You’ll partner with Analytics, Data Engineering, Governance, and AI teams to deliver future-proof, compliant architectures that support data-as-a-product. - Define target architectures and long-term roadmaps with cross-functional teams
- Own the architecture side of Data Strategy and translate business needs into pragmatic architectures
- Govern Enterprise Data Models and Domains, including AI/ML workloads
- Design for AI-readiness by integrating Feature Stores, Vector Databases, and related tech
- Explore and validate new data platform solutions; perform PoCs and industrialize them
- Collaborate on Data Governance and MLOps to improve governance and standards
- Enable Data as a Product with reusable, scalable data products; mentor Data Eng and Analytics teams
- Advise on self-service data platform capabilities and ensure alignment with security policies
- Drive continuous improvement and tool adoption; participate in Du0026A leadership
- Mentor teams and foster technical excellence across people, processes, and technologyResponsabilidades
- Very good knowledge of data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, BI tools, embedded analytics)
- Expertise in multi-domain architectures (data mesh, medallion architecture, self-service analytics u0026 BI)
- Specific experience with Databricks
- Experience with enterprise data models design and data engineering practices (DAMA)
- At least 5 years in architecture roles (data/solution/enterprise)
- Broad understanding of data integration, catalogs, quality, maintainability, performance, security
- Hands-on experience with SDLC stages, vendor selection, workshops, and solution adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Mentorship ability and capability to foster innovation
- Knowledge of data compliance and ethics in AI/ML deployments (GDPR, CCPA, SOX)
- Certifications (CDMP/DAMA, TOGAF, CIPP) would be a plusRequisitos principales
