Experteer Overview In this role, you own the FISCAS module within Customer Fulfilment, turning ERP billing data into compliant invoices across markets. You drive data flows from ERP and order management to fiscalization services, tax engines, and archiving, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stability in live operation. You translate regulatory and business needs into product requirements with Finance, Tax, and Legal, coordinating with adjacent product teams. You manage the backlog to meet regulatory deadlines and measure impact via KPIs, shaping a critical, high-volume financial flow.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own and optimize the FISCAS module in live operation, ensuring accurate invoice generation and compliance with country regulations
- Manage data flows across ERP, order management, tax engines, and e-invoicing services; oversee asynchronous processing and failure handling
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into product requirements with Tax, Finance, and Legal; map data across order, pricing, tax, and accounting
- Align interfaces and changes with adjacent product teams (ERP, order management, finance, reporting)
- Own the backlog with engineering, define user stories, API contracts, data models, and acceptance criteria




- Prioritize work against regulatory deadlines and operational stability; track KPIs like invoiceaccuracy, latency, integration stability, and compliance ratesResponsabilidades
- Several years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in integrated system landscapes (ERP, order management, or finance/transaction systems)
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, invoicing, and financial document flows
- Experience owning system integrations and data flows across boundaries (APIs, middleware, asynchronous or event-based)
- Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into product requirements
- Stakeholder management across Finance, Tax, Legal, and engineering
- Fluent English; German a plus
- Functional understanding of invoice processing, tax determination, and fiscal compliance
