Experteer Overview In this role, you will be the brand’s authentic voice across social channels, building a globally engaged community. You will design and execute engagement strategies, monitor trends, and drive conversations that reinforce the brand’s premium image. You’ll collaborate with creators and teams to translate insights into content and campaigns, while reporting on community health. - Monitor social listening tools and cultural trends to spot conversations and moments

- Ensure brand voice and guidelines are upheld in all interactionsResponsabilidades
- +5 years experience in a dedicated Community Manager or Social Media Engagement role, preferably in an agency environment for global brands
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency across major social media platforms
- Familiarity with social listening tools, community management platforms, and web analytics (e.G., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics)
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication: proactive, empathetic, insightful, creative, strategic, analytical, organized, team playerRequisitos principales
