Experteer Overview In this role you drive project controls for large oil u0026amp; gas projects, aligning planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting with the project execution plan. You lead a project controls team, ensuring robust baseline management, risk handling and progress verification to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives. You’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager and discipline leads to optimise integrated schedules and governance. This is a hands-on position shaping how projects deliver value at scale in a sustainability-focused environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage baseline schedule follow-up, performance reporting and change control
- Apply planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost/schedule variance, EAC)
- Support program integration, governance, and best practices in project controls
- Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interfaces and external dependencies
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements
- Coordinate contract, procurement, planning, and scheduling activities
- Support and advise on Project Controls policies and standards
- Guide reviews of the Project Baseline Schedule and progress certifications
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports with variance explanations
- Ensure project controls processes are applied consistently across the project
- Govern governance for cost and schedule performance across multiple programs
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager and other discipline managers
- Develop and improve project control procedures and tools
- Advocate for project controls principles across project operations
- Communicate to enrich the desired culture within internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure milestones and completion activities are properly certified and documentedResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
- 20+ years of project experience in oil u0026 gas or petrochemical
- Experience in offshore projects and ADNOC/PMC environments
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role on international projects
- Technical understanding of planning, scheduling, cost control and risk analysis
- Proficiency in earned value management tools and methods
- Strong understanding of contract, procurement, and commercial issues
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCP (preferred)
