The adecuado candidate should be a Spanish or Chinese speaker with experience in the iGaming industry. The company will provide full relocation support.Job Responsibilities:- Primarily responsible for media buying in Latin American markets across channels including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads (UAC), TikTok, WhatsApp, and Telegram.- Test, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns; develop weekly/monthly media buying plans and generate performance reports.- Utilize cloaking techniques and anti-detect browsers to ensure stable delivery on restricted platforms.- Design and optimize PWA (Progressive Web App) acquisition funnels to reduce friction from click to first‑time deposit (FTD).- Continuously optimize landing pages, offers, creative assets, and user experience through A/B testing.- Leverage Telegram/WhatsApp community traffic to drive registrations and deposit conversions.- Deeply track and optimize core metrics: ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, FTD, CAC, etc.- Quickly adjust strategies based on attribution models and segmentation data.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in advertising media buying, with at least 1–2 years focused specifically on the iGaming (online casino / online slot machines)
