Experteer Overview In this role you manage rail transport procurement for ArcelorMittal’s Spanish plants and coordinate with European plants to optimize the total cost of ownership. You will work within the Rail Team of the Center of Excellence Land Logistics in a multinational environment. You drive contracts, monitor volume and spend, and push improvements across production modes, supplier relations, and procurement processes. This position offers impact on EBITDA and long-term supply chain transformation in Europe. The role combines analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the group’s smart steel mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Procure rail transports for all goods across Spain and coordinate with European plants
- Collaborate with logistic and supply chain teams to gather needs and implement contracts
- Monitor rail transport metrics (volume, spend, issues)



and drive improvements
- Develop and implement purchasing strategy for the European perimeter within the general strategy
- Ensure compliance with purchasing rules and methodologies
- Prepare activity and financial reports and submission documents
- Manage pricing in SAP and Oracle toolsResponsabilidades
- Master in Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
- Proven reliability and ability to work with numbers
- Ability to develop strategy and establish partnerships with key accounts
- Open minded, team spirit, good relationship skills
- Native Spanish; fluent English; French is advantageous
