Experteer Overview As Hub Procurement Lead, you will steer regional supply chain execution to support revenue and timely customer delivery. You will lead a team of Procurement Specialists, coordinating with Sourcing to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. You’ll keep ERP data accurate, drive spend planning, and strengthen supplier performance while ensuring compliance with policies. This role offers impact in optimizing the regional supply base and advancing cost reductions within Flowserve’s operations.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and manage the regional supply chain function with a focus on operations support
- Ensure sourcing and procurement activities are fulfilled on time and balance Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Maintain up-to-date ERP data (item master, supplier master, Purchase Orders)
- Develop inputs for AOP and STRAP focusing on spend and savings
- Identify opportunities to increase spend under contract and rationalize the supply base with Sourcing/Category teams
- Identify and elevate supplier risks within the managed scope
- Support negotiation with suppliers on warranty and liquidated damages




- Ensure compliance of supply chain activities with external regulations
- Facilitate Flowserve Management System within the role and teams

- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- Strong interpersonal relationship management
- Understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of supply chain
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Knowledge of regional/integral supply base (products/markets)
- Understanding of market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
- Certified Supply Chain Professional
- Geographically mobile for development opportunities
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and/or Great Plains
