Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and scale the Alvalle brand within PepsiCo’s expanding Food Ventures portfolio. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define global brand design strategy across product architecture, identity, packaging, and innovation. You’ll lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution, translating consumer insights into compelling design. You’ll drive consistency across touchpoints and help the brand grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a startup mindset.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Translate consumer insights and business objectives into design solutions
- Define and execute general brand design strategy for packaging, identity, and innovation pipelines
- Ensure consistency of the brand across all touchpoints and regionsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent experience
- minimum 4+ years’ experience as a multidisciplinary designer
- full-time agency side and/or client-side experience
- advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Firefly
