Project ManagerThe Project Manager will lead international projects with a regional / general scope for distinct functions across the company e.G., Product Supply, Legal, R&D, Quality, Finance, IT, HR etc.He/she will conduct different nature of key strategic projects which entail business transformation in many forms, be it processes, systems, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs etc.Be part of Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team, embracing new VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leadership principles and scaling project capabilities to drive value to the organization and contribute to our Bayer Mission.Responsibilities- Determine and define project scope, objectives and timelines- Steer and oversee achievement of Project / Program Goals- Ensure regular alignment of project teams to enable implementation of industry best practices, techniques, and standard methodologies.- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,
