Experteer Overview As a Project Manager in Dow Jones Risk, you translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to deliver high-priority initiatives. You will drive structured execution, governance, and decision-making while ensuring readiness for go-to-market launches. You connect teams across Product, Data, Sales, Legal, and Operations to maintain momentum and clear ownership. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on delivery in a matrixed environment, offering meaningful influence on risk-related initiatives. - Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects from scoping to close
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, governance, RAID logs, decision trackers, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, and operating rhythms
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive stakeholder-aligned mitigations
- Ensure follow-through on actions and decisions across cross-functional ownership
- Act as a connective layer across the Risk business to align priorities and execution expectations
- Partner with Product, Proposition, Data, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations to surface dependencies
- Prepare executive-ready progress updates on risks, decisions, and next steps
- Support go-to-market planning and launch readiness to ensure commercial and operational readiness
- Track launch-related risks and dependencies, escalate issues early, and aid cross-functional resolution
- Build and program-manage a competitor intelligence program for the Risk team
- Improve governance, planning cycles, and ways of working to support scale and execution disciplineResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in project management, program management, business operations, or similar cross-functional roles
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders in matrixed environments
- Structured planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision management in ambiguous settings
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive updates and decks
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, or Smartsheet and strong Google Workspace proficiency
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives or in B2B/information services/risk-related environments is a plus
