Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the design and integration of high-power converter systems to support renewable energy integration and grid reliability. You will own system engineering across projects, collaborating with Sales, engineering, PM, and Service. You’ll perform simulations and performance calculations to define specs and protections, ensuring compliance with grid codes. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge power electronics in a integral, multicultural environment. You will contribute to process improvements and work closely with Ru0026amp; D to shape scalable solutions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design and specify high-power converter systems (SFC, STATCOMs) from tender to execution
- Own system engineering scope across projects in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, PM and Service
- Conduct system design tasks—simulations (harmonics, transients), performance calculations, component specs, control/protection definitions, documentation
- Ensure compliance with standards, customer specs and grid codes




- Identify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation measures
- Collaborate with Ru0026D on system design and modeling of converters
- Define and assess on-site performance measurements
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing through conferences and committeesResponsabilidades
- Master in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems and Power Electronics
- Experience in power electronics and power system simulations
- Experience in hydropower or railway sector (strong plus)
- Proficiency in system engineering and deliverable ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Curiosity and drive for continuous development
- Fluent in English; German or other languages advantageous
