The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever, playing a central role in driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. We work closely with nearly every department, combining strategy, creativity, and data to connect millions of people with unforgettable experiences.

The Role

You are a Growth Senior Analyst who will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

- Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.

- Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line to showcase the value you bring.





- Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by leading general projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.

- Enhance overall company performance across different business departments that collaborate in creating new plans and events.

- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.

- Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.

- Create, develop, and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.

- Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).

Who You Are

-

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.

- At least 3‑5 years of experience in a business analytics role.

- High level of English required; Spanish is a plus.

- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.

- Data‑driven with a proven ability to bring numbers to strategic and business decisions.

- Generate high business impact based on your decisions.





- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.

- Understanding of any coding language preferred (SQL, R, Python).

- Proactive problem‑solver and an opportunities‑seeker.
