Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver structural analyses and pathology reports to address deficiencies, aligning with Air Force standards. You will serve as Installation Structural Engineer, shaping design solutions within a mission-focused program that supports bases and facilities globally. You’ll balance engineering, planning, and project coordination to sustain critical infrastructure, improving readiness and base operations.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage and update NexGenIT or successor IT databases
- Provide project management for construction, IDIQ, MACC, and service contracts
- Oversee the base roofing program per AFI 32-1051
- Conduct facility assessments, plan maintenance, and produce structural analyses and pathology reports
- Develop design solutions to repair/mitigate deficiencies
- Support CEO Structures Shop as required
- Plan and deliver short/medium/long-term installation planning and optimize space
- Coordinate contracting packages and sub-contracts for U.S. funded projects
- Maintain Activity Management Plans (AMPs) and BCAMP
- Assist AFCEC and Operations Flight with assessments
- Provide design services for facility/infrastructure construction and renovation
- Coordinate with USACE, NAVFAC, DLA, and other agencies
- Conduct project acceptance inspections and close contracts with as-builts and manuals
- Serve as construction management liaison with third-party agencies
- Pursue continuous improvement of cost, quality, and productivityResponsabilidades
- At least 6 years of project engineering experience for major real property facilities
- At least 3 years in structural engineering with security engineering training
- DoD installation-level work experience
- U.S. Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Strong time management and teamwork
- Excellent MS Office, AutoCAD, and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg (light) and up to 50 kg with equipment; tolerance for dust, weather, and hazardous conditionsRequisitos principales
