Experteer Overview In this role you support the global study team across the full study lifecycle, from CSP development to study set-up, maintenance, close-out, CSR development, and archiving. You collaborate with internal and external partners to execute delegated study aspects, maintain timelines and quality, and oversee vendor-related activities. You contribute to planning and governance, mentor colleagues, and help manage budgets and risks. This position blends cross-functional coordination with proactive problem-solving in a dynamic clinical research environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Support clinical study execution with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality standards
- Prepare study documents and vendor-related materials, including the Vendor Oversight Plan
- Maintain effective interactions with Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety, and QA
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver delegated study aspects




- Plan and participate in internal and external meetings
- Identify risks/issues and contribute to mitigation plans
- Support GSM with project and budget management within delegation
- Engage in departmental initiatives and SME functions
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Provide support for other study and functional activities as assignedResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical practice/health care, life sciences, or drug development, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online), eTMF, and Veeva Systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Highly proactive with initiative-taking
