Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with leadership to set a data-driven People Agenda aligned with business goals, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent. You’ll advise C-level and senior leaders on people strategies, support employee engagement, and translate HR programs into actionable plans. - Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business- and data-driven People Agenda
- Advise leaders on growth strategies to retain high-potential employees and address underperformance
- Monitor progress against the People Agenda and adjust as needed
- Facilitate employee engagement action planning with business leaders
- Develop understanding of key talent and ensure development plans are in place
- Identify talent development needs and partner with Talent team to close gaps




- Translate and implement HR programs; educate leaders and manage communications and timelines
- Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations issuesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Management
- 7-10 years of HR experience in an international company
- At least 4 years as HR Business Partner
- Experience partnering with C-Level stakeholders and leading cross-location teams
- Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
- Independent, structured, and agile thinking
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Proven coaching, training, and advisory capabilities across multiple levels
