Develop efficient pipelines for large-scale data and model training. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into practical solutions. Stay at the frontier of AI by evaluating new research and integrating findings. This role requires a Ph D in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Ph D with strong research experience in AI/ML (NLP, generative AI, or similar). Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow. Comfortable bridging research and engineering: from theory to production. Hybrid remote flexibility (work part of the week remotely, with periods of full remote).
