Job SummaryWe are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up.- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.- Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.- Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time,
