Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and operate ML/LLM-powered services that enable intelligent automation on the Workato platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design to define metrics and experiments, delivering actionable insights. You will ship reliable, scalable AI systems and contribute to improving validation, observability, and performance. - Build and improve AI services using LLMs and custom models for production use cases
- Design, develop, and operate ML/LLM systems end-to-end from prototyping to deployment and monitoring
- Write high-quality, maintainable Python code
- Enhance validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services
- Collaborate with product managers, platform engineers, and stakeholders to ship AI-powered capabilities
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize existing implementations
- Design experiments to test AI features and analyze results for actionable insights




- Contribute to technical design and code reviews to raise engineering quality
- Experiment with model behavior, prompting, retrieval, and orchestration strategies to improve outcomesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or similar
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with NLP and/or LLM-based systems
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, debugging, version control)
