Experteer Overview As Team Leader in Worldsensing's Engineering, you guide a scrum-based engineering team to develop and enhance IoT monitoring solutions. You collaborate with engineers, project managers and external partners to deliver end-to-end innovations that add value to our Loadsensing platform. You drive solution improvements using our products and APIs, uphold quality and documentation, and foster team growth. - Ensure processes are followed and drive continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering and software development
- 3+ years with React and/or Python
- Experience with other languages (JavaScript/Java) welcomed
- Proficient in Linux environments
- Experience with Docker
- Experience developing and deploying cloud applications (microservices, queues, APIs)
- CI/CD tooling experience a plus
- Kubernetes experience a plus
- Solution design and architecture
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience managing scrum teams
- Experience with project planning
- BS degree in a technical field or equivalent
