- Manage a portfolio of travel industry clients as the primary contact for campaigns and performance reviews
- Create strategic media plans aligned with client objectives and business goals
- Onboard campaigns with setup, creative coordination, and launch activities
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using reporting metrics and ROAS
- Present regular performance and strategy reviews and recommend actions
- Develop creative campaign strategies including ad copy and visuals




- Identify opportunities to improve performance and client value for retention
- Coordinate campaign administration including proposals, contracts, and system updates
- Lead renewal discussions to maintain and grow client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement initiativesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years in advertising, media planning, campaign management, or client-facing marketing
- Strong relationship-building and customer experience focus
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics, budgets, and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organized and adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, creative, results-oriented with ownership and accountability
