Experteer Overview As Global People Analytics Lead, you shape a fact-based workforce narrative that informs C-suite decisions and guides general growth. You bridge data engineering and executive execution, driving AI-enabled analytics and a trusted data foundation across regions. You translate complex insights into compelling business cases and partner with HR, Finance, and regional teams to democratize workforce data. You will lead predictive modeling on bench strength, aging, and retention, while advancing governance for CSRD, ESG, and annual reporting.
